What you get

How to export your ChatGPT history

1. Sign in to chatgpt.com on the web.
2. Open Settings → Data controls.
3. Under Export data, choose Export, then Confirm export.
4. OpenAI emails (or texts) a download link, often within an hour and sometimes up to 7 days later. The link expires 24 hours after it arrives.
5. Open AI Wrapped and drop the ZIP exactly as downloaded. No need to unzip it.
